For international shipments, duties or local VAT may apply upon delivery.
These charges are included in the item price or shipping cost.

3. Return Process
1. Submit a request via “My Account → Returns” or email us at gxportsolutions@outlook.com with:
– Order number
– Item(s) you wish to return
– Reason for return
If you do not get a reply in 2 to 3 working days maximum, please call us at +34 663 186 797 or you can contact via Whatsapp.
2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and a return label (for defective/wrong items).
3. Pack the item securely and send it back.
4. Once received and inspected, we will:
– Refund the item cost (excluding original shipping), or
– Send a replacement
